Chris Knotts, Principal Consultant: Chris is a seasoned leader in the realm of enterprise technology, with twenty years of experience in training, coaching, and driving emergent technology initiatives. He has a proven track record in devising and implementing groundbreaking technology training programs, with a particular focus on software development, data environments, DevOps engineering patterns, agile methodologies, and the practical application of AI and machine learning in various business scenarios. He leverages a unique blend of human-centered design thinking and lean technology management approaches to foster innovation in product development and operational strategies. His contributions have significantly impacted diverse sectors, including government, education, and multinational corporations. Tyler Dockery, Principal Consultant: Tyler is a longtime faculty member in the Design department at Wake Technical College. He brings more than twenty years of expertise not just as an educator, but also as a proven production and delivery leader developing elegant solutions to complex technology problems. Tyler's experience in pragmatic problem solving and managing teams of technical producers make him an invaluable resource when it comes to developing at-scale delivery of digital solutions for learning, system integration, lean/agile engineering, and solution delivery. Tyler has a proven record of building "people first" learning cultures and rigorous measurement of outcomes, always keeping the customer and the user at the center of every solution.
